Sometimes we just need a little help getting through our busy day, or week. Sometimes it would be nice squeeze in just a little bit more relaxation on our vacation.   Give us just 20 minutes of your work day, Saturday or vacation and we will guarantee you 20 minutes of heaven !  Whether you want to relax or revitalize we can tailor your treatment  to your needs. Clients stay in their street clothes for this treatment. We can accommodate small group events by appointment. 20 MINUTES OF HEAVEN is available to walk in clients Saturdays 12 – 7 and Thursday afternoons 1 – 5pm. INDIVIDUALIZE MASSAGE SESSIONS

Our experienced therapists spend time with you to identify what the goals are for your session and then design a session that meets your needs. We have learned from experience that a truly satisfying massage draws elements from each approach. So whether you are having massage for: relaxation, deep tissue, injury resolution, pregnancy, pre or post sports event the session prices stay the same for our “hands only” massage.

What is Hawaiian Lomilomi Massage?

Lomilomi is based on Hawaiian concepts of working with the body, mind, and spirit. It is hands on healing that is deep and powerful, yet non-invasive massage to parts of the external body’s pressure points, nerve centers and muscle tissues giving immediate and long-term relief. It removes toxic wastes, tension, pain and fatigue and replaces them with positive energy, increases circulation and improves muscle tone. Lomilomi that can be used for injury prevention and recovery or to facilitate relaxation and stress relief.

Each lomi practitioner should be able to trace the lineage of their training back to a native Hawaiian kumu or teacher. The lineage of lomi practiced here is Mana Lomi ® Lomilomi as taught by kanaka maoli, native Hawaiian Dr. Maka’ala Yates.  Dr. Yates specializes in Hawaiian medicine. He is a board member of the Ahohui Ho’ola Hawaii (traditional Hawaiian Healing Council), the Pacific Island Council of Traditional Healing, and the founding director of the Hawaiian Healing Institute. He has been practicing and teaching Hawaiian healing concepts for almost 30 years.

HOT STONE MASSAGE

Heated stones have been used by indigenous healers for hundreds of years to address the many levels of healing  necessary to help restore balance in the mind, body, and soul. Heated  stones are laid on the body in strategic positions to promote circulation while smooth heated stones are used as tools by the the skilled practioner to  achieve the desired treatment results. It is very effective for any condition for which heat is indicated.  Clients who have received the stones report a profoundly relaxing and grounding  full body experience.

COUPLES MASSAGE

The only thing better than a quality massage experience is sharing it with a friend or loved one!  We are available by appointment to arrange for two people to receive treatments at the same time. Each therapists will work with you to individualize each persons treatment. Some same day appointments for this special experience are most available on Saturdays , seasonally July – October, and on holiday weekends. Other times may be arranged for special occasions like birthdays, weddings or anniversary celebrations. The price of each sessions is determined by the treatment you choose.

RAINDROP THERAPY

Raindrop therapy was developed by Dr. Gary Young as a safe, non-invasive technique for spinal health and immune system support.
